the foundation of all my containers

The first energetic foundation of all of my containers is VOID.
It’s the space where we slow everything all the way down. We dive deep into the waters of the void space, into not knowing.
The void is the compost of life – the dirt, soil, eros. The womb of creation. Mystery. Medicinal. A prayer, a birth, embers of a fire, wet earth under your fingernails. No masks, just a wide expanse.
It is here that we find – and learn to trust – the wisdom of our body’s rhythm.

The second energetic foundation of all my containers is EROS.
Cultivating a self-trust and self-intimacy that is deeply nourishing and unshakeable is foundational to a 1:1 journey.
Learning to trust your EROS – which is your life force, the creational energy that moves you and moves through you – is the medicine that deepens your self-intimacy and self-trust.

The third energetic foundation of all my containers is SPINE.
Do you move through life from a place of should’s? Through the SPINE – your inherent dignity, your sovereignty – we explore the patterns, identities, and beliefs you hold about how you’re supposed to be and act.
Here, you’ll find true, embodied emotional sobriety.

This is the remembrance of everything inside of you. Of truth. Of who you came here to be.
We make room for the bigness of your soul. You are the compass, the true north – I merely guide you toward yourself, back home.
