a one-off coaching session is a one-time, 1-hour, private, guided 1:1 coaching session. this is a great option for people who are desiring support but aren't ready to commit to a long-term coaching package. this is a space for you to bring ALL of you - the messy, raw, ugly, beautiful, light parts. as you open and release, i'll be here to support, gently nudge, and hold your system. fill out my contact form directly to book a 1-off session!
