intuitive, guided emotional release for the ones who are ready to touch the parts of you that cannot be touched with language
About the Breathwork
Trained by David Elliott, this type of breathwork is an active, 2-stage pranayama technique done while lying down to a curated playlist of music that guides the peaks and valleys of the experience.
This is a high-sensation breathwork practice that doubles as a space for emotional release. I facilitate with a strong spiritual and intuitive component, blending elements of:
Conscious connected breathing (continuous inhale/exhale through the mouth)
Energy work
Guided emotional processing
Typically, people experience a wide range of sensations and emotions, including:
Tingling in hands/face/body (from changes in CO₂ levels)
Emotional breakthroughs or catharsis
Deep relaxation and ease after a session
Sometimes fatigue, sensitivity, lightheadedness, or dryness in the mouth post-session
You may cry, laugh, feel tingling, or access stored emotions. The purpose of this breathwork practice isn’t just relaxation — it’s clearing stuck emotional energy.
Is this breathwork right for you?
This style of breathwork is deeply powerful and can be profoundly transformative — but it’s not for everyone, and it may not be the right time for you.
I recommend not participating in these sessions if you currently have:
Cardiovascular conditions
A history of panic attacks without a strong ability to self-regulate or support yourself through them
Because these sessions are held over Zoom, I’m not physically present to offer hands-on support or personalized adjustments in the moment. This means it’s important that you feel comfortable listening to your body, honoring your limits, and modifying or pausing your breath as needed.
Moving at your own pace is key. You are always encouraged to slow down, return to a natural breath, hydrate, or take a break entirely. Above all, this is a practice in trusting your body’s signals.
