Trained by David Elliott, this type of breathwork is an active, 2-stage pranayama technique done while lying down to a playlist of music that guides the peaks and valleys of the experience.
Each session begins by setting the space and dropping into safety and connection. once the breathwork portion is complete, we move into landing and integration.
