On digesting gratitude as an essential joy practice
Two weeks ago, I wrote about tending to joy & paying attention to the light that brings the magic. In the chaos of the holiday season, I’m turning my attention toward finding moments of magic & anchoring into joy wherever I can.
One of my tried and true (and simple!) rituals for anchoring into joy is practicing gratitude and reflecting on favorite frames. So today, post-Christmas festivities, I’m going to share my gratitudes here instead of my journal.
